By accessing or using opall.online or any OPAL platform interface, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or platform. For enterprise service terms, refer to your Service Agreement and the OPAL Service Agreement.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and OPAL, OOO ("OPAL", "we", "us"), governing your use of the website located at opall.online and any related interfaces, content, and services made publicly available by OPAL (collectively, the "Website").
Access to or use of the Website constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity.
These Terms apply to the Website only. Use of the OPAL enterprise platform is governed separately by a written Service Agreement between OPAL and the enterprise client.
Subject to these Terms, OPAL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for lawful informational and commercial evaluation purposes.

All Content on the Website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, product descriptions, agent architecture diagrams, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of OPAL, OOO or its licensors, protected under the intellectual property laws of the Russian Federation and applicable international treaties.
The trade name "OPAL", the Website design, and any product names or marks displayed on the Website are proprietary to OPAL, OOO. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in OPAL's intellectual property beyond the limited access licence described in Section 03.
When submitting any information to OPAL through the Website (including via contact forms), you represent and warrant that:

The Website and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OPAL, OOO and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Website, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits.
OPAL's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Website shall not exceed RUB 10,000 (ten thousand Russian rubles). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability; in such cases the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by OPAL of the linked content, products, or services. OPAL has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.
Your use of third-party websites is governed by those websites' terms and conditions, and OPAL shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from your interaction with them.
OPAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms on the Website with an updated effective date. For material changes, OPAL will use reasonable efforts to provide 14 days' advance notice via a prominent Website notice.
Continued use of the Website after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to a 30-day good-faith negotiation period. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Russian Federation at OPAL's registered location, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
